Every little detail she provided and my husband when we conference called concerning the hourly price and extra price of supplies, was a big help on the move day. Wonderful....until they have your belongings I had a horrible cross country move with THOSE CRIMINALS,LIARS,BANDITS FAKE MOVERS After arriving 6 hours late on pick up, my trip took several weeks longer than I was told it would (try living on the floor for 2 weeks, with few clothes to start a new job, on an aerobed). Their customer service refused to call me back, put my on endless hold for people who weren't even in the office, and told me constant lies about where the truck was, and why it was late. Once they have your belongings, they treat you like dirt. Don't think you'll have anyone on your side if anything goes wrong either - you're totally alone once they have your stuff, no credit card, no better business bureau, nothing. I would never recommend them. I am baffled by the positive reviews, the negative reviews on other sites are more in line with what I experienced. I used them to pack my 3 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 6 hours with 4 packers. Moving Company In Los Angeles moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. They disassembled and reassembled our King size bed-frame in record time making our lives so much easier.
