My clothes dryer stopped drying and the door wouldn't stay shut. David diagnosed the door-related problem immediately and had me send him a photo of the dryer's make and model so he could buy the part before arriving. Unfortunately, the lack of heat was another problem which required a second trip to fix. The work was punctual and efficient. more

Extraordinary customer service on a Holiday. Our LG front load washing machine, was full of water, we needed simply to get it up and working. This company was able to meet our needs and take care of the repair this morning. Our clothes are now clean, the machine is obviously feeling better and my wife is giving me credit for a job well done. more

Maytag Washer Repair guru's in Los Angeles as far as we are concerned. This is an exceptional service company, our Maytag Neptune washer was not feeling well, full of water and would not drain. It is not so easy to find a English-speaking company, who is local, who care about their customers, Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair is that company. Our Maytag is now working great and our wallet is not too much lighter. more

Thank You to Los Angeles Appliance Repair Service, to say this company is honest and customer focused in an understatement. We have a front load Kenmore, Frigidaire, Washing machine that is making all kinds of noise in the spin cycle. One company said they could fix the washing machine, but failed, another did not even show up, these companies have good reviews on Citysearch, not sure where they are coming from. David, was clear on the phone, the machine was not worth repairing, to take his time and be so upfront deserves my time in writing this review. Stan Los Angeles, CA 90272 more

Our Kenmore Front Load washing machine appliance broke down this past weekend. We contacted Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service. David was amazing. We discovered our washing machine was leaking and immediately called him and he came within 3 hours of our call to him. He was quick at diagnosing the problem and very honest in the fact that it would be less cost effective for us to fix the washing machine than to buy a new one. To my happy surprise, he did not charge us for the diagnosis and immediately put us in touch with a great company to help us remove the washing machine before it did anymore damage and to buy a new one. Thank you David for all of your amazing help! Overall I was so happy with the service, with how fast the company came out and how far above and beyond they went to help us despite the fact that they were not being paid a large sum of money to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company and can't imagine using anyone else should we ever experience this problem in the future. more
