It was a true pleasure to have our machine repaired by Los Angeles Appliance Repair. We obviously are not happy to have our machine break, but we know that found a good company. From the owner who answered the phone till the repair technician who arrived at our home, simply professional. The dryer was not working like it once did, now all good. Los Angeles Appliance Repair Service did an excellent job, truly, in repairing our washer and dryer. The machines needed some work to get them up and running as they were in storage. The machines are working like they should. Please give them a call. more

A company where customer service still matters. 4/11/2013

When the one's washing machine breaks down this is by far the best company we have experienced. We spoke with the owner when we called who took his time in communicating with us. The Maytag washer which has been working great over the years one day started to do nothing. Our machine required a lid-switch and belts. We are pleased that we hired them. Frigidaire Washer Repair Los Angeles. 4/8/2013

Our Front Load Frigidaire washing machine was not starting. We spoke with David and could not have been more friendly, our machine simply had the wrong soap in it. That was it. Solid Customer Care from start to finish. 3/13/2013

Our dryer of a stacker unit stopped heating and making this horrible screeching sound recently. I called around to a couple different places, and David offered a really good diagnosis over the phone and gave me a very rough estimate. David came out the next day working with my schedule, gave me the lowdown and had our dryer fixed on the low end of the estimate David gave me. Also, David's diagnosis was right on! more

Fast and Responsive 10/8/2012

We had a great experience with this company. Our washing machine broke. We have a 12 month old and do a lot of laundry and don't live near a laundromat, so we were very anxious to have it fixed as soon as possible. Our first thought was to call Sears, but they couldn't send someone for 10 days! We called them at 8:30pm on a thursday. They had someone at our condo the next afternoon. They came in the time window they promised, which I have found to be rare for this type of thing. The repair guy was really nice and had our machine working again in an hour. We would definitely call them again. more

Whirlpool Lid-Switch repair. 9/11/2012

Our Kenmore Washer is now working, this morning it wasn't. I spoke with David yesterday, and he was able to diagnosis the machine over the phone. When the service technician arrived I was felt assured for the diagnosis David provided was spot on. The machine was repaired, lid-switch, our clothes are now clean. Very happy that we hired them more

Sunday service, just had to write a few words about this hard-working service company, Los Angeles Appliance Repair Service, David, saved the kids from having no clean clothes and heading off to camp tomorrow. Our machine was making all kinds of noise, we had another repair company that told us to buy a new machine. Oscar was able to find a broken screw scrapping the machine. Simply Honest Appliance Repair Advice in Los Angeles 6/3/2012

I have a 23 year old Whirlpool combo washer-dryer. The washing machine spin cycle stopped working, and the dryer vent tore and needed to be replaced. Before joining Angie's List, I had called a number of repair services, but they seemed unfamiliar with my model and I wasn't comfortable with their responses to my questions, nor with the estimates I was getting just to come out and look at it. David at Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair returned my call promptly, got specific info on the machine, and took the time to answer all my questions. We talked about the machine's problems and he gave me a reasonable estimate based on my description of what was happening with it. And then he told me that, at the machine's age, there were many more things likely to go wrong with it in the not-so-distant future, and suggested I'd be better off replacing it rather than repairing it (if I could afford to do so). I really appreciated his honest assessment and recommendation, and will definitely use this company if anything ever happens to the new machine I plan on buying shortly. more

Los Angeles has an old school washer repair company. 5/16/2012

Our LG front load washing machine, sprung a major leak. for service we called a few places and it was very hard to get an idea of what was going on. Paul's Service was just the company to talk to, they took their time in communicating in a clear and effective way. They machine needed the drain hose replaced. Los Angeles for Appliance Repair especially for your Front Load Washing Machine in our case of Maytag Neptune, Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair simply is the your first and best choice, just a the website says. My wife and I were told that we needed a new main computer board, till we discovered Paul's Service. All our machine needed was a simply relatively inexpensive switch.
