I got the same treatment from ""Bobby"" over the phone. I always go here for my plants and most times get pretty good service there, but now I will be thinking of going elsewhere. Pros: Good selection & quality of plants Cons: Rude customer service, especially over the phone. more

Called to get christmas tree pricing over the phone. The salesperson ""Bobby"" who answered was VERY RUDE!! Before I could finish my first 3 words she cut me off and said ""you need to hold"" After I held for quite a while she came back on and said ""what about the christmas trees now?"" I then asked my question as she rudely replied while rushing me to get off the phone. I then said Thank you and she just hung up on me. I guess I was ""bothering"" her. I didn't know that you aren't allowed to call and get prices without getting such attitude. I will not be buying my Christmas tree there afterall nor will I be returning for my cemetary floral needs. I will be sure to tell family & friends what unsatisfactory service I received just asking a simple question over the phone!! more
