I walked in here a few days after they opened, and they were a little slow to help, and no one could find anything. I'm glad to say they've done nothing but improve. They'll help you pick out yarn for a project, suggest new things to try, help you with those things that you NEED but aren't in the written patern, and are just amazing in general. The $25 private lessons are a great deal. The only problem I have is that they don't stock many brands I love, like Rowan, Brown Sheep, and Blue Sky. I don't think they have Noro either. But for needles and notions and books and Artful Yarns, they're awesome. They have a 10% student discount too.
Pros: Location, customer service, classes
Cons: Don't stock some popular yarns
