Longhorn offers a fun dining experience. Enjoy the peanuts at the bar while you wait, which usually isn't too long. Their steak is very good. I usually get Flo's Filet covered with grilled onions. Sure it doesn't help my breath, but that is what the mints are for! Great casual dining at decent prices. more

longhorn 8/30/2005

Longhorn is one of the best steak restaurants in tallahassee. Not only does it have great steaks but it has got piping hot, fresh baked potatoes, fabulous service. The only downpart which I was very disappointed in was the salad. A good homemade blue cheese dressing with a little more imagination with the salad would be a good idea. more

Chow down at Longhorn! 8/16/2005

Longhorn Steakhouse is a good old American food place. The wait is standard for places like this; at least you can wait at the bar if you want. Service is good and the food is great. Salad eaters and vegetarians can even find a good meal here, so it's not just for steak lovers. The bread is good and the appetizers are too. The steaks and salmon are very good. Nothing is outstanding, like some of the local places offer; understand that Longhorn is a franchise, so it is going to be sort of "cookie cutter", in a way. The atmosphere is loud and family-friendly, so bring the kids. more
