The steak still had marks where the jockey was riding it. The Flo filet came from Flo's twat. Overpriced, assembly line food that is Darden's forte. Stay away!!! more

Longhorn Steakhouse is Awesome! 6/24/2009

I used to work here...but couldn't hack the serving thing since I am an office worker...but I have to say, the steaks here are the best! They are always cooked perfectly. I would go here about 2-3 times a week last year when I was pregnant. I craved those Renegade steaks! more

Change to seasoning on Flo's Filet 5/3/2008

We have been eating at this restaurant for many years and was not happy with our steak tonight. They have changed the seasoning on the steak - it was very salty and spicy. I have a problem with spicy food. The waiter was excellent and offered to get another but we had waited some time and I was in a hurry. I ate it but did not enjoy it. This resturant is great, they have lots of variety and are averaged priced. The bread they serve is just addicting. If you keep your eyes open you may even find a coupon in the sunday paper. I love their salads, they are always fresh and served just right. When I crave a good salad and a nice juicy steak, this is my place! more

This place is always busy- there is usually a wait every night. BUT it is worth it. Food is very good and they do new food promotions every three months- it has definatletly gotten more sophisticated in preparation and taste of food. It is also very kid friendly. The Best Little STeakhouse in Town 5/23/2005

I visited the Port Richey and Palm Harbor Store. No two are the same. In Port Richey, it's the only restraunt I dare to visit. There food has always been great, the portions have always been sufficient and I have always had attentive waitresses. 10 stars in my book and I love to cook. So much so, that I don't believe many restaurants care about there clientale and really have stopped visiting restraunts except longhorns! Pros: Good Food, Good Desserts, Close to Shopping Cons: Just can't get enough more

Longhorn's is one of the best steak houses in town, they have prompt service, fresh food and a great bar. First in my book. Pros: fresh food, prompt service, great bar!!! Cons: need more around!, never hiring more

Not a sushi bar 12/3/2002

This place has deteriorated badly since it opened. Portions have decreased in size, service has disappeared, and actually cooking food seems to be a lost art. Don't order the specialty salmon, it is usually raw. Pros: close to home Cons: food, service, price more

Best Steak 9/5/2002

Have eaten at Longhorn in Fl and Al. Both are consistent with service and food. Great food if not overwhelmingly busy. Great service if not too busy. If crowds are out the door they sometimes drop the ball with overcooking and non attentive servers. Pros: food, clean, music Cons: over done steak, sloppy svrs @ times more

Great steak/ great price 8/7/2002

Longhorn has the tastiest steaks around. They add a flavoring called Prarie Dust to thier steaks. No, it's not some weird concoction, it's downright good seasoning. They are always right on the money with the degree you prefer you steak cooked to, whether you prefer it still Mooing or Well Done. You also get alot of food for your money compared to a few very pricy steak houses in the area. Also, the wait is normally very brief, and the service is consistantly good.
