Longhorn installed my a/c unit 2005, unit is still under warrenty & it recently stopped cooling, service guy came out & fixed the problem which was the line were rubbing during operation which caused a hole to appear in the freon line & it out leaked out. I contacted Trane Corp. & they told me Longhorn should have inspected the lines @ installation as well as the rest of the unit before signing off on it since units can be damaged or become misaligned during shipping. They didn't do that. I contacted Longhorn & told them what Trane said & they basically said sorry to bad you don't any of your money back.
