Where did the waitress go? 11/8/2005

My boyfriend and I have been twice in the past month and both times our waitress has seemed to disapear into thin air! My boyfriend had to go corner the manager just to get the rest of the meal he ordered. But other than that the food was EXCELLENT! Good margaritas too! more

One of our favorited place to dine 6/10/2005

The restaurant is great!! The selections of food is outstanding(steak, salad, sandwich, etc...). The servicer are friendly and fast and the employees are knowledgeable. more

What happened to the "service with a smile" at the Longhorn? We have been there several times. It has always had great food. Service has usually been good but the past few times we have been there our service has been very slow and servers seemed to forget we were there.
