LBBC is one of the best workouts ever ( this coming from a college athlete). Instructors, both Shannon and Caroline, provide constant support and positive encouragement pushing every individual to reach their personal fitness goals. The camps are designed to allow each camper to progress at their own pace and provide a full body workout everyday!! I woudl recommed Boot Camp to Everyone who wants to improve their fitness and have some fun while doing it.
