Lonestar Queens Movers are truly the greatest moving company in New York. All 4 of our guys were on time, professional, polite and handled our household goods with special care. Between their customer service, their rates and their movers you cannot go wrong with this company. We chose them not only based on their professionalism but we liked they are a family owned and operated company. Very good work ethics and we can be happier with the services they offer. I just want to say thank you Renee and the rest of our moving team from Lonestar Moving LLC. I can finally exhale after our moving day. If it was not for you guys we never would have made it. Between the drama of waiting for our closing date and almost having to pay an extra month in storage, we thought we were going to breakdown. My Aunt recommended you guys and I am so glad she did. We were very pleased with this Moving Company 11/14/2011

I recently moved from Briarwood to Forest Hills and used Lonestar Queens Moving Company for my move. They all were simply the best group of movers I have ever used and I have moved a lot in the past few years. Let alone their rates were affordable for the high quality services they perform. I was impressed with all of their services their company had to offer. On top of moving me, they set up all my electronics and hung my mirrors and expensive paintings more

My move went so smoothly with LoneStar Moving LLC. It was great to get such an affordable price from a licensed and insured mover. It was important to me that they were licensed and insured being that moving can be risky business. However, they proved to be trustworthy, really respectful and considerate. Renee, I wanted to write a great review about how awesome your moving company really is. I have to say you truly have a professional and honest moving company in New York and am so happy I chose your services. Simply the best queens movers your guys are. Paul, Jorge, Justin and Alon were amazing. They were organized, brilliant, positive and very careful with all my belongings. Our move was much easier than expected due to your proficient services. Paul we would like to thank you personally for hooking up all our electronics and hanging all our paintings, curtain rods etc. It is so nice to see that New York still has that old school family values mentality. Thank you for staying in constant contact with us and answering my tons of phone calls and following up with us as well to make sure we were happy with your moving services, which we were indeed! great service and crew 10/24/2011

Hired Lonestar Moving to move me from my tight basement apartment. They took apart all my furniture and reassembled at my new location. They even moved my refrigerator out of my apt. window. Great job!!!! more

This New York City Moving Company Rocked! 10/15/2011

Never had a better experience in moving until I tried this Lonestar Queens Moving Company. I was referred to them by a friend. She was very pleased with these guys, so I thought I'd give them a try. My entire moving crew were fantastic and pleasant. I had prepared for my move as best as I could. Unfortunately I was not 100% prepared. When my movers arrived they simply picked up where I left off. I had some random items laying around here and there, they grabbed a big wardrobe and put everything inside it. The furniture was wrapped in blankets, my fragile stuff was placed in bubble wrap, my mattress and box spring was covered and protected with covers and plastic wrap to ensure protection against bed bugs. I would say that is really professional and efficient . I have moved many times while living in New York City and I have to say this time around was the easiest and stress free move I have ever had. I recommend these movers. Affordable, reliable and responsible. more

GREAT SERVICE AND RATES! GREAT MOVING COMPANY COMPANY 10/13/2011

These guys were the best possible company I could have chosen to move my family and I from New York City. We interviewed several companies in our residence and several others over the phone and via email. I chose Lonestar Moving for several reasons, their better business rating is an A, their reviews are stellar and I can see why and last of all but not most importantly their price was less for the same exact service. Now, unlike many people, cost was not the deciding factor in choosing a company because my company was picking up the tab for all moving expenses but I wanted a reputable company that I could entrust all of my family’s belongings to and be at ease during the course of the move. At 10 am Monday morning the 4 man crews showed up at my home to prep, fill out paperwork, and load our belongings. The movers that showed up was the agent for my move and all I can say is that Paul and the entire crew were the most professional and totally down to earth movers I have ever met. They were cordial, funny and worked their butts off . In all, this was the best move and moving company experience we have had yet and we have moved a total of 4 times since we have been married and several others before we met and collectively we could not have hoped for a better move. My reason for posting this reference is to let other people that may be searching for moving companies and quotes that Lonestar Moving is an honest company that provided us and obviously judging from their reviews and ratings many others with exceptional service ad I promised Paul that once our move was completed that I would post a review be it negative or positive and we are happy for obvious reasons that it is as positive a review as we could post. more

The movers never showed up!!! I was not contacted. 10/12/2011

This review is for Lonestar Moving LLC. I scheduled them for a local move a month before my move and emphasized to their sales rep how important it was that I be moved first thing in the morning. My appointment was for 9 am. The movers never showed up!!! I was not contacted. When I called Lonestar Moving LLC\r , I was told that one of their trucks broke down (BS) and that they would be at my place at 1 pm. At 3 pm, I was told 430 pm, and so on. When I demanded a discount off their services for the following day, they refused. I didn't even get an apology. So I cancelled them and hired new movers for the next day. These people are AWFUL and UNRELIABLE. Do not hire them. If they don't show up, there's nothing you can do about it. Better off going with one of the larger companies like Flatrate.Lonestar Moving is AN HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY - JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY . more

Renee, My wife and I would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to everyone at Lone Star Moving. I have heard may horror stories about moving companies that lose items, break items, or end up costing twice what they estimated. \r \r Your moving company exceeded all expectations. George was extremely patient and helpful with me as I rescheduled my appointment to move several times. On July 14th , my wife and I moved the contents of our apartment in Lindenhurst to our first home, also in Lindenhurst. We were originally scheduled to move the week before, but because of the delay in our closing date it was necessary to reschedule. George, Johnny and Andrew were our movers.\r \r I can't say enough about these guys! They were friendly and took excellent care with our furniture. When we arrived at the new house it was quite a mess and your men cleaned and organized everything for us. They never complained about the mess or the fact that I have grand staircase to my front door with 22 steps! \r \r \r When they were done, the estimate that you provided me with was accurate, as she promised, there were no hidden charges! Thank you and your entire staff your a stress free and positive moving experience. My wife and I look forward to having Lonestar Moving handle my mothers move from Queens to Long Island. Great service and great rates 8/12/2011

We used Lonestar Moving to move frrom Forest Hills to Port Jefferson, Long Island and we have no regrets. Their movers were professional, on time, courteous and efficient. \r \r Theor rates were so good and sffordable. Their customer service was pleasant and they were always available for all our questions and concerns...\r \r Thank you for sending such a great crew, all our guys were great. They stayed polite and pleasant through our entire moving day,\r \r Our moving team moved all our furn iture, wrapped our furniture to prevent damages. They hung our pictures, they hung all our mirrors, they hooked up all our computers and assembled all of our new furniture for us.\r \r When we asked how long our moving job will take, they were right on point. We were extremely satisfied with lour service.\r \r Before typing this review I have read mostly good reviews about this company. To everyone at Lonestar Queens Moving company. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your absolute great service. Our moving team was an absolute delight. I couldn't believe these guys. Everything I needed them to do, they did. I have no problem spending money on companies that have great business ethics. From the superb packing job, to the moving, to the painting job they did. Thank you for setting me up in my new apartment. Thank you for hanging my paintings, hanging my shelving units and televisions.
