I've purchased many items here with good results. This Christmas, I needed two toys that the grandkids might have gotten already. Lolli Lolli only issues store credit, no refunds. When asked, the woman at the counter was unapologetic and stated that ""most of their patrons are loyal customers,"" implying that I am not. In fact, I was dismissed as being superfluous. She cited credit card costs, which is ridiculous. This is a store for the rich few. She doesn't need your money or bother not treating customers like potential criminals profiting from a refund policy. So - shop here but be very, very sure you are buying what you want and that there are enough options in case you need to return your purchase.
