I contracted Logobench to design and setup up a professional website, they promised all kinds of great services, and told me they would place quite a few designers on my project. After exceeding the delivery they promised (I got these promises from Joe @ Logobench), and getting absolutely nothing even close to what we discussed, I requested my money back. They ignored my requests (until I disputed the refund with Bank of America), then they promised me and my Bank representative they would refund the full amount of $450.00. To my amazement, I noticed they held back 10% (Claiming, this is their normal procedures - But no mention of this during our telephone discussion regarding my dispute). In any event I cancelled (Simply because of their terribly poor performance and Non-Commitment to get my project completed. As per the other consumer complaints, they keep wanting to do reviews after reviews (Their designers are not competent enough). They should close their business since they simply cannot or will not do good business and eat the costs due to them because of poor performance.
