Hot Food Cold & Where's the Waiter? 8/10/2007

Mrs. Flanders was feeling down due to the demise of one of our pets (I must say I shed a tear too), so we headed out where there was life and good times? or so we thought. I have mixed feelings about this place so I am going to let you know (+ or -) my feelings, item-by-item!\r Service - Slow\r Atmosphere + Good - Unshelled Peanuts in a bucket\r Roadhouse Tea + Tasty (we?re not talking about mother?s tea here!)\r Sam Adams + Always Tasty\r Lightnin? Hot Shrimp Bucket + Kind of like a shrimp cocktail but more of them and \r larger and hotter. Very yummy!\r Gumbo + ?Delicious,? praised Mrs. Flanders \r Baked Potatoes - Both ?not cooked enough\r Brewski OnionsTM + Pretty good (Our signature beer-braised onions)\r Famous Baby Back Ribs - Good but cold\r Porterhouse 20 oz + Big & Good\r Bottle of Fetzr Merlot + Even Mrs. Flanders commented it was soft\r Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie ++ Best Part of the Meal\r OK, there you have it. Well, the pluses far outnumber the minuses, so this site has a lot of potential. But, when I want a nip, I don?t want to ask another waiter if he?s seen ours. And with cold and seriously undercooked food, I cannot recommend. \r \r Pros: Good drinks Cons: Slow service and cold food more
