I recently adopted two kittens (1 from a litter, the other a stray from FMAS) within a month of each other, and shortly after the stray arrived the litter kitten became very sick and lethargic. The emergency clinic wanted over $1000 for 24 hours' worth of care, just to monitor him and not even do bloodwork. Instead I took him to Lockridge, where Dr. Richards and the staff gave him all the attention, bloodwork, and vaccinations he needed for around $200 (since he was sick and a first-time patient, they let him stay overnight for free. FREE.). This team of doctors is the greatest I've seen in a long time and it's evident that they care a great deal about the pets they work with. Being a first-time pet owner on my own, I didn't know much about taking my cats to the vet and the proper order of vaccinations, etc. The doctors and receptionists were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me up front and in terms I could understand. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
