Be careful with this service. Some of the listings are places that you will not find on Craigslist and the like, and they are qualified leads, but you are paying a premium charge...

Stay Away... No Run Away! 9/5/2011

I found their list to be out of date and the same listings I found on Trilia and other online services. They advertise moneyback guarantee but thye don't mean it. They require you to use it for 90 days and download thier list at least 3 times a week to qualify. Their list was so hard to read that we couldn't use it so we stopped downloading and they wouldnt return our $200. Do youself a favor and use the free services available online. more

New to Town, worked like a charm! 7/1/2011

After my father became ill, I moved up here to take care of him from Richmond, and didn't know a thing about Philly. There were lots of ads for this company in the Daily News, and some of them looked like pretty good deals. I went into the office and spoke to a Mr Fred . He asked me what size I needed, how much I could afford, and where I was going, and I walked out of the office trying to call my first apartment. I found one I really liked after about three weeks, moved me and my father in, and that took care of that. Real easy, real polite, and it really took a load off my mind. more

Saving $125.00 a month! 6/23/2011

I am a widowed mother of three teenage children. Needless to say money is tight around here. My boss recommended Locators to me because they helped her find a place that was a lot cheaper than she was finding on her own. So I crossed my fingers and signed up for the service. 4 Weeks later we moved into our 3 Bedroom house with a finished attic for my son to have his own space in a nicer part of town than we were before and I am now paying $125.00 less a month than I was before! Maybe we can even get a kitty for the kids now! I don?t ever want to move again but if I do I will absolutely call and use Locators again. more

BEWARE ITS A SCAM !!!!! 2/22/2011

All they do is give false hope. I joined a week ago, the same listings are still posted, nothing new. Before I joined the guy JIM told me there was a bunch of listings for the town I was looking in, when infact there was only 1 after I gave my credit card information.....I will be reporting them to craigslist, from where I found there so called business..... more

I have to disagree with Adasw as well. I used Locators services 4 years ago. Although I didn't move at the time, they provided exactly what I paid for and the people working for locators were wonderful, warm and helpful. I am going to be going back to them again this week, with all intentions of using their services again. Check the local papers, there really isn't much there, because they are all advertising with Locators. Why?? Because they get the job done, and everyone comes out a winer! Thank you Locators! Adasw is confused 5/21/2010

Adasw states they used to work for us. I would very surprised to find that to be true. If they had really worked for us, they would not say what they are saying. Furthermore, We have been Locators since 1997 and have also been in the same location. We are certainly not changing our name every five years. I dont know who they think we are, but they are obviously confused. more

worth the money 11/30/2009

I signed up with them about a month ago and found a place this past Sat. We are moving into our new home Jan 1st and the landlord aggreed to allow us to to do a Lease Purchase! We are so excited. Now, instead of just paying rent we are now paying money towards it becoming OUR home. Thanks Locators !! You are the bomb! Pros: we found a lease purchase! more

I signed up with them, they call it registering as a client. Within the hour I had properties in front of me to call. The information they give you on the properties is extensive ! Like whether the houses had a garage, a fenced in yard or hardwood floors or even whether the ran a credit check! Pros: Was very easy more
