Fred Blue 4/18/2016

Fred takes personal care that everything that has been done to my vehicles is done correctly. If there are any problems I can take the vehicle back without any questions. Fred replaced all 8 glow plugs in my Ford Diesel recently, of which two went bad for no reason. I took the truck back and all work was done under warranty and in a timely manner. This is an honest and dependable auto shop. more

Lack of focus when performing work 3/3/2016

They didnt secure master cylinder reservoir cover when bleeding brakes. This splashed brake fluid throughout engine compartment and depleted reservoir. Alignment performed now causes front end to grind when turning. They need to focus on the details of the work performed and not with trying to persuade you to perform additional upcharges on your vehicle. This lack of detail could have been very dangerous. I will not return nor will I recommend this shop. more

Local Heroes Rock! 2/24/2016

I have a 2010 Ford F150 with over 115,000 miles on it. Last year I needed to get the rear end fixed but didn't know who to turn to. I asked my barber and he did not hesitate to suggest "Freddy Blues" on Bodega Hwy. Fred discussed my truck's issues thoroughly and honestly. They did a fantastic job on the rear-end as well as brakes and 100,000 tune up. My old truck is back! Thanks to Fred and everyone at Local Heroes for their honesty, integrity and technical skill. You're the best! more

Getting your car repaired is never something that people look forward to, but my experience with Local Heroes was as seamless as I could have hoped for. The actual work done to the car is something I can trust, and speaking with the staff and owner, Jeff, is a pleasure. They are able to understand your situation and make a recommendation with YOUR needs in mind. Everyone there is polite, considerate and sincere. They want to do a good job, and it's obvious they do a good job. In my experience, they have gone out of their way to assist me with towed vehicles, rides to local destinations while the car was being fixed and when necessary, facilitating with the car dealership to get things like reprogramming parts completed. They always go the extra mile to complete the job in the right way. more

I was so disappointed and you're in my visit that I just can't even tell you how disappointed I was they promised me a tire from in the morning till 5 PM and then at 5 PM they said they could not get it for me I can't believe this I was so upset I had to drive on I don't it all the way to Sacramento and I was in but databank that's how I feel about the service I got from you more
