Called to have the springs repaired on my garage door - the technician arrived exactly when he said he would. Got the best price out of numerous calls I made for the repair (along with a written warranty). He went through everything and made all necessary adjustments; lubed everything and even replaced a burned out light bulb at no extra charge! Couldn't have asked for more prompt and thorough service! Highly recommend! more

they adjusted my door 11/24/2014

Eli was out today. He called ahead to see if I was home this AM (rather than do an emergency call tonight). I was, so he came over & spent the time to adjust my door. He's always friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate his timeliness in coming this AM instead of tonight, and fixing my problem so my wife doesn't have the door not close or open when I am not home. Thanks again, Eli. And, thanks Ronnie for following up. more

From the phone call till the repair person came service was wonderful. The woman whom answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant and you got the feeling she really cared. She had someone come as soon as she could. Noel, the tech that came to the house was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and he did give you the feeling that he loved his job and you didn't feel like you didn't know anything since my repair was something very minor. This is the second time we had this service and I would tell anyone to contact this service. Thanks to everyone we had contact with. I keep the phone number on the inside of my garage. more

I found this garage company to be outstanding 7/29/2014

I hired this garage door company service from a Google search on behalf of my Mom. Her garage door would not open at all and had stopped functioning. I had asked the receptionist to have the tech call before arriving, which Ben did, confirming his plan of action when he got there. Upon arrival, my Mom indicated he was friendly, dressed professionally, knowledgeable and respectful. He called me to discuss repair options. Honestly, it's always a gamble when selecting a company without a personal referral - but I can say without hesitation - this company met and exceeded my expectation of service and knowledge. more
