We made a mistake by going through Loan Network for our loan. They said we could close in 30 days, and not until 5 days before our closing date did they tell us that they needed more time and advised us to extend our closing date an extra 10 days. The day before our extended closing date they still couldn't deliver and wanted another extension. Unacceptable! We provided every piece of documentation that they needed, and many times they had to ask for the same docs from us -- they are so unorganized! There was never any issues or red flags from our accounts, they are just incapable of getting things done on time. Their unorganized, unprofessional, and poor customer service left us no choice but to open a new loan with a bank.
