Great service with great tires 7/24/2011

We've been getting our tires from Lloyd's for more years than I can count. I wouldn't go any where else to get them. At Lloyd's I get a great tire (which would cost the same elsewhere) but I also get personal service. And I can come back and get my tires rotated with no charge. Yes, you might have to wait awhile but you would have to wait anywhere you got tires. Lloyd's is the place to go - the only place to go for me. more

Had costs tacked onto the invoice without my knowledge or approval. 7/21/2011

I had to report them to the State Bureau of Automotive Repair. When I asked why they had charged me an extra $12.00 plus tax, I was told that it was just their policy to fill all tires with nitrogen without asking if the customer wanted that additional cost. I have written to them asking for them to make it righ--or lose a customer. I got no response. more

Good quality service, but long waits and a bit pricey. 6/21/2011

Recently, when I went to Lloyd's Tire Services, I had to wait around for an hour! They were very busy, which I guess is great for them, but not so good for me. When they did get to me, the people were very nice and professional. I think they are a bit on the pricey said, like everybody else, I'd like to get a good deal for my dough. I really want to support the local mom and pop businesses in town, and I like that the owner is involved with the community, but the long wait and prices were almost a little too much for me. I'm sure I'll go back, but I hope they make things a little bit better for their customers. more

When I have an issue with my car, I have to get to Lloyd's, because I know they will take care of me. 6/14/2011

I have been going to Lloyd's Tire Services for nearly 20 years. I take my vehicles there not only for tires and oil changes, but have also used them for front end problems, body work, and other larger issues. They are honest and loyal--I love using them. Lloyd was originally referred to me by a friend, and what a good recommendation. They always get the job done in a timely manner, and only use quality parts. Most importantly, I work a lot, and they are always able to fit me in at a convenient time. They're great! more
