Jesse from Lloyd's Plumbing got the job done right the first time! 10/15/2011

I have used Lloyd's plumbing on two occasions, and have been very happy with their work both times. Recently I needed a water main leak repaired. They sent a plumber named Jesse who was outstanding. He was very courteous, professional, and an excellent plumber. He got the job done right in a short time with no mess or hassle. I've used other plumbers in the past and have always been disappointed, but not with Lloyd's. Based on my experience with Jesse and Lloyd's plumbing in general, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needed any plumbing work done. more

Slab leak repair 8/8/2011

Ted came out and figured out the area of the leak quickly.Gave me the options on how it could be repaired. Then he did the repair with great regard to making it less damaging to the kitchen area. Repair was accomplished it the time he estimated. Very satisfied with his work asnd would use him again. more

Professional, Quick and Reliable 8/5/2011

From Jesse figuring out our slab leak to Ted and Shane doing the re-route, the professionals at Lloyds Plumbing were great. They truly know their craft, were easy to work with and answered any question I had. I would recommend them anybody. Hardworking and trusted plumbers. 7/20/2011

I've used Lloyds Plumbing off and on for the last twenty years. The most recent time, our plumber was Scott, and he was great. He arrived on time, and got busy immediately. He asked what we needed, and went over everything he intended to do. Scott was here all day, and I never once saw him on his phone. When he needed something out of his truck, he didn't walk, he ran. Scott had to get in under the sinks and clean, and I know he had a hard time with some things, but when he left, everything was spotless. He seemed to know everything about plumbing. When I asked a question, he could explain the whole thing to me. Lloyds is a company that can be trusted. Their people are hardworking and honest. With people like Scott on their team, they can't go wrong. more

Awesome every time 6/24/2011

I have used Lloyd's Plumbing for the past 20 years and they are the highest quality in service and knowledge of anyone in Ventura County. Once I used another plumber when I couldn't get Lloyd's right away and I had to call them to fix what the other plumber messed up. LLOYD's is worth the wait!!! more

Service was above and beyond expectations 6/10/2011

I contacted Lloyds for what I believed to be a problem with my water heater. The technician was very professional and though it was determined not to be a problem with my water heater he helped to determine the real source of my problem, my furnace. He gave me the information I needed so I could speak knowledgably with furnace serviceman. One of Lloyds technicians even stopped by on his way home to lend a hand. That is service above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them. more

If you want quality work from a professional business, call on Lloyds Plumbing. 3/1/2011

I think very highly of Lloyds Plumbing. I had an emergency come up on a Friday late in the afternoon. I called them and they were able to help me out right away by scheduling someone to come out immediately to assist me. I spoke to several people over the phone, and each and every person was extremely nice and very helpful. Their response time was amazing. The young man that came out was very timely, careful, trustworthy and obviously skilled. He did quality work. He was also genuinely nice and very gracious. A real pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend their services. more

Saved us a bunch of $$$ 12/11/2010

We were being serviced by a competitor and were told we had damage to the lateral sewer line running to the main city sewer line and the repairs would involve digging up the street, costing almost $15,000. I called Lloyds and was told this did not need to be done unless we were getting water backed up into the house, which we weren't. We passed on the competitor's repair bid after getting a thorough explanation from Lloyds, saving us a bunch of money. If we have any future major plumbing issues we will definitely call Lloyds for the service. more

Knowledgeable, efficient and courteous plumbers 11/19/2010

Lloyd's sent out Ryan to work on a drain blockage that I couldn't free up myself. With the proper tools, and experience, he made quick work of it. Also explained why it keeps happening, and the work that would be required to permanently solve it without any pressure. Would definitely recc these guys to anyone. more

I have used Lloyd's Plumbing quite a bit. Anytime I have a problem I call them. I never call anyone else, and I have been in this house for 30 years. They were recommended to me by a real estate agent. The service is very good. They are very trustworthy. They go along with all the codes necessary for your area, and if they are in doubt they will call to find out what is allowable and what isn't. more

I have only used Lloyds Plumbing once. We had a had a bunch of things wrong and the technician came out right away, which was awesome. He was here for about 4 hours and he tried really hard, but he ultimately had to call out another guy to figure things out. They were really nice. I would definitely recommend them again. more

We had a leak in our bathroom faucet, so we called Lloyds Plumbing. They basically had to take out the sink, get parts, and reinstall. The plumber was very proactive, and attended to the problem quickly. He was quite professional. more

Consistently good service 10/30/2010

It was easy to get an appointment, and the scheduler was very friendly. Lloyd's called before the appointment to let us know our plumber's exact arrival time. Ryan was very helpful and answered all of our questions about our 50-year old boiler. He did a tune-up and checked for any routine problems. Reasonable prices. We've used them a few times for various plumbing needs. Would definitely recommend Lloyds. more
