Smaller classes, more teacher interaction... 8/1/2011

We moved our two children to Little Oaks from a larger daycare/school in Petaluma and we are very happy with the differences. Smaller class sizes, better teacher-to-child ratios, more teacher experiences. Little Oaks now has infant care, which prevented us from starting out there since we both are working parents. We would highly recommend this school! more

Great place for children. My baby girl really befitted from coming here. Her social skills are much better. I am very happy that she loves coming here. It really puts me at ease when I'm off to work, knowing that my daughter is at a place that she loves to be. more

We have enrolled our daughter at Little Oaks since she was 18 months. The results are too many to count. Addison has learned, amongst other things, respect for her elders, patience, kindness, and most importantly how to express her feelings. more

Impressed with Little Oaks Montessori 6/16/2011

We checked out Little Oaks (on Petaluma Blvd.) carefully and they seem extremely organized; we have met with the director (who does have a Ph.D.) she was very knowledgable and organized, and impressed both of us and the grandparents. We started our son there before he was 19 months old, and he is still there. I have also met several other parents there with older children who are repeat customers--i.e., they have send subsequent children of theirs to Little Oaks as well, after their experience with their first kids. more

happy grandparent 1/29/2009

I am writing this letter in hopes that others will read it. I am a grandparent that has the custody of her two precious grandchildren. My oldest grandchild Daniel is three and is a student at Little oaks Montessori. He has been in this school for approximately one year, He has shown remarkable growth in his social interaction with other children and adults. He is excited to go to school and he is happy when he comes home,showing pride in the work he has accomplished.It is very rewarding for me as a parent to see how his self esteem is developing and growing. I am happy to see that he has learned the value of cleaning up after himself, and l love that he says please and thank you.. Pros: the people that run the school Cons: my son does not go often enough more

Do not subject your child to this place - there are much better choices. 11/17/2008

Please, if you are clever enough to look for reviews on line for a school, then check out the reviews at yahoo local for this place. Pros: Tiffany and one or two other good teachers. Cons: Too many to fully list: Mainly the mad woman who owns the place. more
