Little Friends Learning Ctr

Two of my daughters went to Little Friends since they were 2 years of age and i only have 1 of them attending now. I have to say, since they have been going to that school my children has advance with their academics and they are doing really well. The school is in a really good place for the children. Its away from the road which makes me comfortable with taking my daughters there. Yes they have a few teachers that dont speak great english but there is one teacher that i did not like from the start. You can hear her yelling at the children and my daughters have came home twice to me saying that that one teacher had pinched her and a recent incident that just happened a day ago when my 4 year old daughter came home and told me that her teacher pulled her hair and put her in the corner. It upset me so when i went to drop my daughter off this morning, i talked to the teacher and she said that my daughter was lying because she did not pull her hair. She said that my daughter wasn't listening so she put my daughter in the baby class. We went at it and i tried to talk to my daughter and asked her in front of the teacher if the teacher did pull her hair and my daughter tried to hide on the side of me and said yes. I asked her if she was scared of that teacher and she didn't want to say anything so i took her outside and she started to cry saying that she was scared because the teacher yells at her all the time. I asked my baby if she wanted to go home and she said that she wanted to stay with her friends, so i took her back into the class and continued to talk to the teacher. She still denied pulling my daughters hair and continue to say that i can believe what my daughter is saying because she is lying. Then she said that the reason she put my daughter in the baby class was because she does not listen. My 3 yr old daughter did very well at this pre-school. It's the only place she would go potty and not have to wear a pull-up . She loved it. It really helped bring her out of her shy little shell. My only complaint would be both her teachers speak English with a very heavy accent. I had difficulty understanding them both. My daughter didn't seem to notice or care. Her classroom was spaceous and clean. I liked the balance of academics & play. The playground is old, dirty and had knee high weeds. Luckily it was closed the entire time she was there due to wet weather. Too bad they can't soft surface the playgrund area for the kids. The kids play in the gate-closed empty parking lot with nothing. No toys, slides, riding equipment or anything. There is hopscotch painted on the asphalt. The school is very secure especially with regards to perimiter gates. It's location is ideal for toddlers.
