Little Dogs Resort

My dog loves Little Dogs. and if he likes it there then I am happy too. When I take him there he can't wait. He stands at the door barking so someone will let him in. He's an impatient little pup. The owners have always treated me and my dog well. The staff knows my dog as well as his name and what he likes to do at daycare. He's not just another dog. The dog interaction is awesome. I will come to pick him up after work and he just keeps playing while I watch him. The staff is great and they like my dog. \r This is the cleanest doggy daycare I have seen. It is impeccable, and I haven't seen anything better. I've had a couple of Vets recommend little dogs resort. I wouldn't take him anywhere else. \r \r I can't believe the bad reviews by 5 other people. It sounds like someone (individual) doesn't like the owners and repetitively wrote bad reviews based on the owners/staff. I have never had problems with the ownders or staff. They are friendly, courteous, and take great care of my dog.\r \r When others attack it is usually a personal attack, but not based on what things are really like. Try little dogs out and find out for yourself before making decisions off previous reviews.\r Thanks Little Dogs! Pros: The staff and owners treat your dog great. It is hard to believe these people love dogs - or perhaps they just dislike people. I recently moved here and was looking for a happy place to take my miniature poodle. I called ahead and they said they take dogs up to 20 lbs sometimes larger. My pooch is taller but only weighs in at 18 lbs. I walked in the door and without a word of greeting they told me he was too big and would jump their doors. I protested that he went to daycare often, was well liked and well behaved and they begrudgingly accepted him but told me if there were problems they'd call me and I'd have to get him immediately. I left and long story short no issues and when I went to pick him up they said he could come their again but they were so rude about it I can't believe they are kind to the dogs they care for. I also had him groomed while there and it was the worst cut he's had - they shaved his face and paws so close he had razor burn. We won't be going to Little Dogs again...ever. This place has a decent product for your dogs, however, the Mother Daughter owners are the rudest, most ungrateful, business owners around. They sit in the front-- never say hello or greet you when you enter and can never budge or expend the energy to open their mouths and say a simple ""Thanks"" or ""Thankyou"" The first second there is another business open relatively close to my house I will pull my dog out of little dogs in a heart beat. It pains me everyday that my money goes to these ungrateful, rude, and unappreciative business owners. The only saving grace is there are nice young girls working there who actually seem to care about your dog and provide some customer service. Cant wait to take my business elsewhere, where someone might appreciate my money. Pros: Close to my house Cons: Owners, Management, facility appears dirty at times more
