Disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional? Typical...... Well dont get mad, this is typical throughout ATL. Dekalb police are WAY WORSE. more

I have no problems with the Lithonia police officers themselves, but the two women in the police station representing them have put a bad taste in my mouth. These women treat everybody like they are worth nothing so nobody is exempt. They are rude and disrespectful. For example when you walk in you are not acknowledged, then when you say hello they do not respond back. They give you a look as if to say ""What the hell do you want""! If you need assistance for anything you better call a policeman directly. Or just make their ignorant behinds work, because that's what our tax dollars are paying them to do! The front desk had two older women sitting behind the glass. Both looked at me, but neither acknowledged me until I said hello. I was there for something very simple, but was told to come back in a half hour. After a half hour passed and I returned, I was told to come back in another half hour! Needless to say, I refused to come back and insisted on being helped right away. Finally, the slow moving, attitude having women decided to start helping me. The place was basically empty, with only one or two people coming in while I was there, and they were given the same attitude. If they don't want to do what they are being paid to do, find another job! Pros: None! Cons: Terrible customer service, rude, slow. more
