Wow. I can't even say how disappointed I am. I had to be up in Suffern very early Saturday for an event, so I wasn't going to have time enough to have my hair blown out in Brooklyn where I live. When someone offered to make an appointment for me here, I thought, well a blow out is easy enough - no one could really screw that up and I'll have a trim as well, so my ends will be really sleek. My hair is curly, but not crazy curly and not particularly thick so it's pretty easy to blowout and I've had some people do an amazing job with just a blow dryer.
