Lisa was AMAZING today! She was able to accommodate me on really short notice, and everyone loved her. She already sent me a few images by email to get us excited, and they are brilliant! Owner Message

  • Lisa Kaplowitz was born in Philadelphia and raised in Toms River, New Jersey. Lisa received her BA in visual arts at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. During Lisa's undergraduate studies, her most meaningful work were the photographs of her grandmother, a Holocaust survivor. In an attempt to further understand her familial roots and emphasize the meaning of her images, she obtained a double minor in Holocaust Studies and Jewish Studies.

    In May 2009, Lisa earned her Master of Fine Arts in Photography & Digital Imaging from The University of Miami. She was awarded Outstanding Teaching Assistant, and after graduating was an Instructor of Photography at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
