Lindstrom Ob Gyn

My wife has had all 4 of our children with Dr. Lindstrom as her OB physician, he has done a great job in both office visits (Irma MA and Linda NP are awesome too) and the delivery of our children. His front office staff on the other hand leaves a great deal to be desired. With the birth of our last child a medical assistant named Cheryl was extremely condesending to me when I attempted to request she fill out the paper work for FMLA that I had paid $25 to have filled out. She proceeded to explain that my wife had signed paperwork stating the office had 10 working days to fill out any paperwork. I had called her once at 6 working days to remind her it needed to be completed (which is when she became rude and condesending), then again on the 10th day to remind her due to my recieving a letter warning me the paperwork had not been sent (Cheryl explained they have been very busy but was able to fill out and fax it minutes after our conversation). Bottom line is Cheryl has left a very negative and lasting impression on me and my wife. more

Do NOT go their....thats one of the offices who just collect a check!!! I had high risk pregnancys, most of the time i saw the nurse and she never took me serious or my pain i had in the pregnancy with my son (born at 35 weeks) One year later i got pregnant again an same thing and in this pregnancy i never saw the doctor...the nurse send me to specialist instead....at 13 weeks i lost the baby and my uterus:(..the front office staff is very nice but the billing lady not so much.....if this is not enough you deside for yourself but their is really caring doctors out their you just got to find them....this office is NOT one of them more

I had all three of my kids with this doc I love him and his staff they are fantastic. While they are very popular and you may have to wait I would say it is worth it! Pros: great staff Cons: alittle wait more
