Linda Lee Bridal & Boutique

I went to a bridal show with my mother and grandmother and saw Linda Lee's booth. She had the most beautiful dress displayed. I asked Linda Lee who the designer was and she said that she just received the dress from shipping earlier that afternoon and she didn't know the designer off hand. I just went to Linda Lee's Saturday, to look for wedding dresses for the first time. I had the most wonderful associate help me, I felt as though she was my friend. She helped me find the perfect dresses and of course she found MY PERFECT DRESS!!! I was not expecting to find my dress on my first day of shopping, but I did! Before I went to Linda Lee's I went to another bridal shop in the area, horrible experience. I was extremely annoyed after trying dresses on there, that I thought it ruined my entire day. Before walking into Linda Lee's I warned my mother and mother in law that I read on here that Linda Lee had really rude people so be prepared...we were very very shocked when as soon as I walked in the door I received a compliment and was assigned to an awesome associate! I don't live in the New Orleans area, so I was planning on getting my bridesmaid dresses from a bridal shop closer to my area, but I am highly considering getting them from Linda Lee's. They have made my experience so wonderful so far, that I'm actually sad that I won't be dress shopping anymore! more

All the people that work at Linda Lee are RUDE. I can't believe they are actually still in business. Nobody there is helpful at all and it's very chaotic. It's a hassle to go there and I regret ever buying my wedding dress from there in 04. I tell all my friends who are getting married to stay away from Linda Lee! My daughter and I went to a bridal show and saw a beautiful dress displayed. We spoke with the woman at the booth, who said she was Linda Lee. We asked her who designed the dress, and she said she was not sure, the dress had just come in that day. Three days later, we went into the store. There were 3 women behind the counter, 2 of which were helping other customers. The 3rd woman asked other customers in line behind us if they needed a consultant. When they said yes, I asked her if we could also get someone to help us. She very sarcastically said, ""Uh, yea. Didn't you just walk in the door?"" We almost walked out then, but my daughter really liked the dress, so she just said that we had been standing there for a while. more

I have to disagree 100% with most of you. I got outstanding customer service. Trust me, you cannot get service like this anywhere else! Compared to other bridal shops that I have been to, this boutique is definately my favorite. Not only was the staff helpful and friendly, they were willing to do anything for me. I felt special from head to toe and they made sure that I got the dress, jewerly, veil, tierra, and shoes of my dreams for an UNBELIEVABLE price! There was no limits to what the staff would do for me. Everything came in on time as promised and along with the alterations, everything went well. I don't understand how anyone can have something negative to say about a boutique that provides the best service available. They are obviously miserable people, who just want to complain about something. I HIGHLY recommend this boutique to anyone that may be getting married or even going to prom. Pros: Great prices, awesome service! I was in 4 weddings with bridesmaids dresses from here. Each time was a pleasurable experience. Cons: Everything went well. more

ALL ORDERS ARRIVE IN 3-4 WEEKS, NO LATER! we have only a $90 deposit on dresses to order. don't let these big fancy stores stress you out! our gowns are half the price of those other stores, and the same high quality. we measure everyone to ensure the closest possible fit, to avoid lengthy time consuming alterations. if an alteration is needed, we have 2 seamstresses right here in the parish with over 30 years experience each, AND THEY GIVE DISCOUNTS TO OUR CUSTOMERS- they don't charge an arm and a leg! Sorry guys....but I have to disagree. I had been to other bridal shops the day I walked into Linda Lee. I had been through a zoo. I had went to other places, and it was utter chaos. When I walked into Linda Lee, I was greeted and met with a smiling face. And I found ""the"" dress on the spot. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and the price of my dress was FAB-U-LOUS! I bought a designer gown at a very reasonable price. more

This company has no customer service; most of the staff is rude, ignorant, and apathetic. Bridesmaids order dresses and paid more than half on 10-27-07. They were told that a letter would be mailed to them when the dresses arrived. On 1-15-08, after three calls of ?we?ll call you back?, and $700 of deposit money. The dresses were never ordered. This is awful and poor business practice. more

LINDA LEE BRIDAL STAFF IS COMPLETELY RUDE!!!! THE PRICES ON THE BRIDAL GOWNS ARE GOOD, BUT, THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!! IM STILL WAITING ON MY BRIDAL GOWN FROM ALTERATIONS...IM RUNNING OUT OF TIME! NO ONE IS RETURNING MY CALLS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. THOUGH THE PRICES ARE GOOD, ITS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE TO DEAL WITH THE RUDE STAFF. All I did was CALL for information and I was treated disrespectfully. Unbelievable. When I originally called, I was given the wrong price and called back, letting them know, and whoever I spoke with immediately got defensive and barked at me on the phone. Needless to say, I won't be buying my dress from them. Pros: They match competitors prices Cons: It's a bridal boutique, you'd think they'd be a bit friendlier to their clientelle. But sadly, no. Linda Lee herself is really friendly and helpful. Just make sure to tell her clearly what you want. Her granddaughter was very snooty to me however, when she found out that i was getting married (she thought i was looking for prom dress because i'm young). so, that was pretty rude. Everything is kind of chaotic. the clientele isn't great but everything is cheap. she told me a price for some bridesmaids dresses that i ordered and she saw that i thought that was a little too steep, so she lowered it about 10 dollars or so. The good part, free alterations. Although, i haven't done that yet to find out how it came out! Pros: inexpensive, good amount to choose Cons: crowded, rude employees more
