I loved the staff at Lillette's! I have no idea what you other people are talking about in the negative reviews. They we very accommodating and what I appreciated the most was that they were HONEST. I didn't feel like they were trying to just ""sell"" me on a dress... they actually CARED! They asked me what my style was, and discussed with me the best cut to flatter my shape. The owner had come up to me personally and said ""you have to love it, you have to say 'this is the one' "" Little did I know, I would find ""the one"" after trying one just a couple of more dresses! Also, for alterations, they have a team of old school italian seamstresses who did a wonderful job on taking the dress in for me (thank goodness I lost weight for the wedding, i tried so hard!). The only thing is, they only alter dresses that the sell... sad... because i'd love to recommend their seamstresses too! I really feel like you can't go wrong with these ladies at lillette's. I'll never forget my husband's face when he saw me walking down the isle :D Thanks Lillette's! Pros: Nice People, Great Products more

The saleswoman was unbelievably rude to me. When I explained to the saleswoman that I wanted a simple, reasonably priced wedding gown (perhaps even a bridesmaid's dress as my gown), the saleswoman instantly lost interest in me, made a snide remark, and walked away. I picked out half a dozen dresses to try on and went into the dressing room. As I began to undress, the saleswoman marched into the dressing room and told me to get out because she needed it for women who were trying on ""big"" dresses. I put the dresses back and walked out. My friend was with me, and we couldn't understand why this woman had been so incredibly rude to us. We were polite. Perhaps she didn't see the big dollar signs, so she didn't think I was worth her time? It doesn't matter how much you spend, you are still the customer and deserve to be treated with some respect and common decency. This saleswoman didn't know how much I was going to spend on a gown and alterations, bridesmaids' dresses, etc. Consequently, she lost my business and didn't get any commission at all. more
