Brief summary to a long sad story: Ordered bridesmaids dresses 2 months ago. Wedding is 1st week in April. ETA on last dress: 3 days before wedding. Still have to get the dress altered. Girls were rude and unhelpful. Told me I could pay $117 to have it overnighted (at my expense).\r In this economy return customers is vital to keeping a business a live. I have already called three of my girlfriends that are getting married and told them to beware and my girlfriend that is a wedding planner. Next step posting reviews and then BBB. This could possibly ruin the wedding and they don't care. Don't take the chance. Go else where.\r more

Amazing Service 10/17/2010

We had had it with Quincera dress shopping and ran into this place after being frustrated with the service at Little Kid Wear. (horrible). We stopped in here for one last effort of the day. Wow Gigi and Ana were amazing. My daughter tried on many dresses but fell in love with the first one which was a wedding dress. they took out a pin cushion and began to make this the most amazing custom dress for my daughter. I have to say they went over and beyond. This is place to go for great service and truly an eye for fashion. My hats off to Ana and Gigi! Forever grateful, Gina and Tita more
