Lifesource Family Chiropractic

I had neck and back pain so I did research looking for a chiropractor. I went to Lifesource and another office called Pinnacle. When I got to Pinnacle, I was made to wait. While I was waiting, I noticed some of the employees texting and making jokes and laughing at a patient that just left as I was walking in. I began to feel uncomfortable so I left without treatment. When I got to LifeSource, now Integrative Physical Medicine of Tampa, I was treated with a friendly face, all of the staff seemed to know everyones name as they walked in and since I've began treatments there about 8 months ago, I have no pains to complain of. No headaches, no neck pain. I've never felt better. more

Please do not get a massage here. After going for one year the customer service from the massage therapist, Lee, got worse and worse. As she complained about how people did not tip her because insurance was paying for their massage and started cutting down 50 minute massages to 40 minutes, one day she just verbally attacked me! I came in for a massage and she accused me of complaining to someone about her. This was completely false but I was so shocked by her behavior! I have referred her to all of my family members and other businesses and she knew this. Why would I complain about someone I am about to get a massage from? This is not a restaurant and I would never do that. She screaming for me to get undressed because we are going over time arguing. I said ""No thanks "" on the massage. This was so crazy and bogus, especially when you are winding down to get a massage. Hopefully management will call and fix this situation because as of now, there is nothing wrong with this place other than her!!!!!!!!!!!! I will keep all of you consumers updated because I usually do not blog about businesses but this was completely unacceptable! more

The doctors at Lifesource gave me my life back after my auto accident. They handled the x-rays in house so I didn't have to travel to different places to get my images. Once you start treatment, you will be wowed by their state of the art facility. Plus you are usually in and out in less than 15 minutes for your treatments. What other doctor's office have you been in that does that? If you or someone you know has been in an accident or has headaches or aches and pains they need to see one of the doctors at Lifesource. Pros: You are in and out in less than 15 minutes for treatments. more
