I am in the pool almost 30 hours per week teaching swim lessons and my skin takes a beating. I started doing seaweed wraps at LLP almost 6 months ago and my skin feels great. It takes the chlorine toxins out of my body and rejuvenates my skin. The staff is great and very responsive. I highly recommend them. You Need to go to Knead for Life 7/2/2007

I can't agree enough with the other reviews that I am reading!! Every experience that I have had with my massages at LLP has been wonderful. I went there most recently for pain and stress that had me so bad off that I couldn't turn my head to one side. They took care of it for me. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, enjoyable massage! Pros: Quaint, soothing atmosphere Cons: Limited Parking more

My mother and I have been going to Life's Little Pleasures/Knead for Life for several years now, and each experience has been fantastic. Therapists are polite, professional, and listen to concerns and accommodate any necessary modifications. Arrive early to take advantage of the spa's "Treat Bar" with complimentary tea, coffee and water. Prices are also very reasonable, especially when massages or other treatments are purchased in package form. Pros: Friendly, Polite, Professional staff, Relaxing atmosphere more

I have been going to Life's Little Pleasures and Knead For Life for 9 years now and since moving away, I have been unable to find ANY SPA that even comes close to comparing! The service, the atmosphere, the people and products - and most important, the way you feel when you leave. There are no spas within a reasonable driving distance that come close to the experience you'll have at Life's Little Pleasures! I love them! I've had a few masages there & 1 facial & the service was great!. The staff is friendly & professional & they make you feel welcome. There's no sales pressure - it's definitely a great value & I'm sure I'll be going back! more

I will try not to be to wordy here. I thought the spa was great! Pleasent people, great facility, not stuffy, value priced. I Had their Signature facial and a massage & they gave me free manicure! Pros: nice folks, comp treats , inexpensive more

I had a wonderful experience here. The spa is beautiful, the staff is really nice. The massage person did a great deep massage which I think is hard to find. My facial gal was so good. our bridal party at the day spa was awesome!! we were greeted w/ enthusiasm and professionalism. we could not have enjoyed our visit more!! the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable.also, one of our party was in a wheelchair and the staff was willing and able to accomodate her(which we couldnt find elsewhere in the area). WOW! I am very impressed with this place 2/24/2005

My experiance at Life's little Pleasures Day Spa was wonderful. I was greeted, given a refreshment and a lovely little chocolate :) the staff was so nice, the atmosphere calming and pretty. I had received a gift certificate for this place and now I am sure to become a regular. In the heart of downtown Apex and trust me it rivals the bigger more expensive Spas. What a great find...
