North Natomas Storage: Avoid this place 5/16/2010

I have rented from North Natomas Storage for approx. 1 year. I prepaid my 1st 6 months the day I rented & was always current until last month. Thinking I would just pay in person on the 12th of the current month, they had already locked me out of my unit, charged me $10 and treated me like I was a felon. Their policy is to lock you out on the 10th day and charge you $10. They send you a lien notice 14 days after the 1st, charge you a $20 fee & you still cannot access your unit. These people are criminal. You will regret ever doing business with them. Pros: None-the rating system required 1 star, they are a 0 star. Cons: This business is borderline criminal. more

Black Widows 9/4/2007

Be careful of renting one of the outside storage units here. I stored my belongings in one of the outside storage units for a few months and when I returned to collect my belongings, there were dead insects everywhere and two black widows. I was not informed by the management that they had a problem with this. I would have paid extra and rented an indoor unit if this information had been brought to my attention. The manager was also very rude and the customer service was terrible. Go Elsewhere!!!! Cons: Dead insects and spiders more
