I am also much better and handling stress. 12/2/2011

After about 2 1/2 months of treatment I have noticed significant improvement in several areas. Severe head and neck pain are completely gone. Nerve sensations down arms and tingling fingers have stopped. Sleep is much better on a regular basis, and digestion is improved. I have seen some improvement in chronic allergies especially during change in weather pressure and have rarely had to use asthma medicine since starting treatment. I am also much better and handling stress. All these changes are making me feel very positive about my future. more

We are very pleased with the results so far 12/1/2011

Since coming to Dr. Licata, I have enjoyed better posture (sitting straight for longer periods of time), and have exhibited calmness and I’m more attentive. I have been more affectionate and have been staying in a reclining sleep position more often (previously I slept sitting up). We are very pleased with the results so far and will continue to look forward to more improvements under Dr. Licata’s care. more

Relieved from pain 8/22/2011

Relief from Scoliosis Pain 7/31/2011

I finally experienced relief from my scoliosis. I have a curved spine in my lumbar area and had been going to different doctors for pain relief. So far none of them worked. I have been taking ibuprofen everyday and noticed that I have to go higher and higher in doses to kill the pain. I was afraid I will mess up my liver from all those pain killers. I went to Dr, Licata for a consultation, and for my very first correction, I was astonished that with just a tiny correction on the side of my ears, my pain went away. I no longer take pain killers. more

what a big change!! 7/27/2011

I did not go to the chiropractor for a back and neck ajustment, I went to see if it could help my headaches. Who knew that a small ajustment in my neck could change my life. I was going to the doctor for headaches and sinus infections it seemed at least once a month up to twice a month. I would get anitbiotics and pain killers each time i went to the regular doc. But after i started seeing Dr. Licata i have not had a sinus infection, nor a cold since. Also my headaches have gotten much better. I now only have to take an advil once in a blue moon for the heahaches. I sleep better and the general well being is much better. I'm very happy with the services and would send anyone to see them. more

I was recommended to Dr. Licata by a good friend and it turns out that it was one of the best medical decisions that I ever made. I was in pain all the time and the only solutions that other doctors gave me where pain pills. Dr. Licata has given me the only solution to fixing my pain. THANK YOU Dr.Licata. more

No More Migraines! 3/14/2011

I am 32 years old and have experienced chronic migraine headaches since I was about six years old. At the worst times I had migraines five out of seven days per week. Blinding, incapaciting pain.\r \r Through Kaiser, I had gone through migraine clinics and been prescribed many different pain medications and muscle relaxers over the years, none of which worked for long.\r \r After being examined by Dr. Licata, we found that some severe correction was needed. I never even noticed that I had anything wrong, that (seemingly) my legs weren't the same length, I was never holding my head up straight... All seemed normal to me!\r \r I started coming into this pratice over a year ago and haven't had a migraine since. I can't thank Dr. Licata enough. more

Dr. Licata and his team are wonderful. I'd been suffering with chronic pain for over 20 years. I tried traditional chiropractic care and had temporary relief. Nothing seemed to work until I started going to Dr. Licata. It's been over a year now and I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend Dr. Licata. more

Helped w/ arm numbness and insomnia 3/11/2011

Dr Licata helped me with severe arm pain and numbness after a mastectomy. Yet I didn't know this special type of care would help with so many other issues. My life-long allergies are 90% better, and my insomnia for 10 years (I took Xanax every day) is completely resolved. Some changes happened after only a few weeks, yet some have taken months to show. But this is the only change I have made and it is amazing. \r \r This is definitely different than anything you have tried before! more

Chiropractic care that works 2/2/2011

Dr. Licata, who practices upper cervical chiropractic has produced results that I have not seen from any other chiropractor. I have seen benefits with regards to my stiff neck and shoulders. I have also experienced reduced lower back pain. Skip regular chiropractors who keep cracking you, and go see an upper cervical chiropractor like Dr. Licata to start seeing improvements with your physical ailments. Dr. Licata also takes x-rays before and after treatment which also helps you see the changes. His care treats the root cause of the problem unlike regular chiropractors who never treat the root problem with such precision. So before you head out to get your back cracked, I recommend you pay Dr. Licata a visit, you will be glad you did. more
