TERRIBLE SERVICEMEN! I called to have my car door unlocked about a week back. The serviceman came, used his tools on my car for approximately 2 hours with no success by a Dave. My boyfriend then asked Dave to see the tool, and then in turn unlocked the car door within 2 minutes. Since the serviceman requests money upfront he then hightailed with my $100 dollars in hand. The following day we called Liberty Lock & Key to request a partial refund since the service was not completed, and in turn done by us ourselves. The guy's name was Joseph, and he is supposedly the registered agent as he says. He refuses to refund the money, trying to find loopholes in each conversation we have. His comments are usually, ""Well you used our tools?""""Well you paid for a service you didn't receive?"". The most recent one iv'e heard that is quite laughable is ""The service man offered you $50.00 back and you refused the money."" (Of which was never offered.) All I can say from my horrific experience with this pathetic excuse of a business is you are better off doing it yourself, its cheaper and you don't have to deal with incompetent foreigners that have no idea what AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!
