I feel so lucky and fortunate to live in Minneapolis where our healthcare is outstanding.
With that being said, I waited in the ER for 2 hours and was only helped when I got up to walk out the door. The in-take nurse was rude and had no care or concern for people's well-being.
It took another 3 hours to figure out what was wrong with me and to get meds administrated. I had a sinus infection. 5 hours later and over $5,000 billed to my insurance I was back on the road to MN.
I am extremely disappointed in the visit, but I never knew how lucky I was to live somewhere that this would not happen. Thank you MN for having progressive medical care.
