Originally brought car in for an oil change service department very friendly I wasn't pressured into a bunch of stuff I didn't want I was just giving the straight-up service that I was looking for waiting area was very comfortable free coffee and a big screen TV. Service department was very friendly and knowledgeable.The lady that helped me was very nice. more

Outstanding Service 8/26/2016

Recently had car serviced for oil change and 37,500 maintenance service. When I dropped it off, I mentioned a sound in the front end. During inspection, they noticed the tie rod in front left was bad. They called me and advised it needed to be repaired and was still under warranty. I was ever so grateful for the thoroughness of your mechanics who discovered this safety issue and fixed it pronto. Kudos for an efficient, honest staff. Sue Roberts and your technicians are wonderful to deal with and do an outstanding job. Kudos for good hiring practices. more

A long term customer of the Service Department, mostly satisfied. 7/31/2016

I have been very satisfied with the Service Department and have been treated very courteously, However, the noise from the rear brake continues. Work was done in 2015 and it appears that nobody there can figure it out. Other than this, I can recommend this business to friends. more

Clean environment. Comfortable waiting area. Respectful employees. Service time too long. Should wash and vacuum each time no charge as other garages do. more

Excellent support 11/20/2015

I have been bringing my 2013 Hyundai to the dealership for regular maintenance, since I purchased it. I have always felt confident in the knowledge of the maintenance staff. Once I went in for an oil change they informed me there was a recall on the car that I was not yet aware of. They took the time to correct the problem for me while I was there and did not wait until I was informed by the company. I feel the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have been very satisfied with this purchase and the support of this dealership. more
