An unbelievable joke. First they make you wait for 1 hr plus. Then when you get up to leave, they ""rush"" you in for 2 minutes with an actual doctor. Then when you get a very simple medication for something that is genetic (it doesn't go away), they won't renew your medication because they want you to come in so they can see with your own eyes. So you have to schedule an appointment (it takes 3 months) just to get a medication that was working. Nevermind receiving any type of answer from them, my pharmacy tried for 3 week to contact them to renew the medication, they never called back, I had to call every day for 3 days straight for them to call me back (which was 3 days after that). I would have been fired from my job if I treated people this way.....you should stay FAR away from them (unless you like being ignored and treated badly). I visited with a gigantic boil on my cheek. Two doctors examined and treated me. It was easy to get an appointment, didn't have to wait long in the waiting area and I was treated very well. The facility is ultra-modern (as is all of Jefferson medical centers) and the docs are top notch. Pros: state of the art facility, doctors are well trained and articulate, availability of appointments Cons: finding parking in the area around the office more
