a 300 mile used car 6/2/2011

My niece was looking for a used IS350 there was only one that day and she wasn't too happy about the mileage on that one. Two days later when I walked into the dealership to talk to my salesperson, Steve (the salesmanager) came out of his office with papers in his hand saying that he had a IS350 with only 300 miles on it. I couldn't believe it and the help he gave us in looking for a car for her. That was what she wanted and was even loaded with a sports package. Steve gave her a straight forward lowest price for the car. Yes... she did buy the car and was very satisfied with the price. more

Honest Sales Price 6/2/2011

Chris Montoya has be the best sales person to work with. He is honest and has good knowledge or the cars. Steve Dessy and Joe Kauffman are the GREATEST salesmanagers to work with, they are honest and would tell you the lowest and best prices they can give you. They even throw in extras at times. I am so glad that Steve has returned to this Lexus dearlership. more

Beware Serramonte Lexus Sales Team!!! 1/12/2011

SALES TEAM IS SKETCHY!!! STEER CLEAR!!! We recently tried buying a new Lexus from Serramonte Lexus. Talk about an awful experience. They wasted hours of our time and when we thought we had a deal, they then went back on that and RAISED the price. Talk about bad business practices. A lot of arrogance and disrespect since they are the "largest dealer in Northern California, blah blah". If Steve is the sales manager on duty, you would do well to avoid this place altogether. more
