Whenever we go in we're treated well, given a loaner car, and the car is cleaned up and given a car wash no matter what work they do. more

Really impressed 6/30/2011

Really impressed w/ (check engine light on & burning smell) the initial service. We live over 100 miles away & usually used the dealership where the car was purchased but decided to use Monterey this time. A couple of years ago this happened but still remember the excellent service. more

Truly outstanding service! 5/31/2011

Their parts salesperson was very informative and helpful. He explained some things to try before ordering a new and rather expensive key. I was very grateful for that. We had to order a new key anyway but felt like this dealership had the owners workforce in mind, not there just to make money. more
