I ordered flowers for a birthday and was assured the arrangement would be delivered that day. 5 days later, I found out that the flowers had never been delivered. I called Lexis Florist, and the person who answered the phone confirmed that the order was not completed, and said ""what do you want to do?"". No apology, no recognition that they had done anything wrong. When I asked what happened to the order, they did not know. I asked them to please redeliver at no charge, and they agreed. \r

***Follow Up*** I got my credit card statement, and they indeed did charge me for the flowers after they said they wouldn't. I called and asked for the manager. A woman with an accent spoke to me, and after I explained the entire situation, told me that ""somebody goofed"". NEVER ONCE DID SHE APOLOGIZE. In fact, she seemed very annoyed with my call. \r
