They were punctunal and very helpful. It did not take them along at all to clean my sofa and it looks great. I would definitely use them again.

Worst

Sent rugs out to be cleaned - returned not even vacuumed. They looked like they did when they were picked up. Ran a quick hoover over one and it filled the canister. Had to send...

Hi Lewis Carpet Cleaning, I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful job that Thomas did on our carpets. With an old dog, a middle aged dog and now a puppy I didn't have the greatest of expectations for our carpet but I look around now and I'm thrilled with how good it looks. He even got the spots out of one of the bedroom carpets that we figured we would just replace. I think we will hold off on replacing now that it looks so good! Also Thomas is a very pleasant and polite guy. A great representative for your company. I am really happy with the results!! Amazing work. 10/25/2012

I met with Rick Lewis at the building where we had the service done. He explained clearly what types of things he could do in terms of carpets, floors, and getting the tile work restored. We ended up doing a multi-tonged approach that included stripping of lobby floor of wax and re-sealing, and the full six floors of carpet cleaning and scotch guarding. It was a full on do everything job. Everything turned out amazing. It doesn't even look like the same property. I'm thrilled with the work, it looks brand new. On top of that it was all priced very well. more

I am a very satisfied customer of Lewis Carpet Cleaners. Beaux, one of the cleaners, came by with his truck and supplies. He was courteous, friendly, and we had a good conversation while he did the work. The equipment was new, everything was clean, and he did a fantastic job. They were very careful with our building, it was a new place and we had some new flooring. He put up protectors to make sure things weren't scuffed or damaged. more

Superior care and customer service 7/26/2012

Tom came out and fixed my marble island. It looks brand new. He was professional, courteous, considerate of the rest of my kitchen. He covered the surrounding surfaces to keep them free of debris, he was professional and restored my island to a like new status. BEST of all, he arrived on time, completed the job within the quoted time frame AND cleaned everything up when he left. They finished on time and honored their estimate, even though there seemed to be a discrepancy about the surface on the quote. Rick Lewis was very professional, responsive and I would recommend them to anyone who values their time and property. Thank You!! more

The team was held up by a previous appointment and kept me informed so no problem. When they arrived, they cleaned the spots, the whole carpet, treated it with Scotch Guard and it was dry the next day as promised. They were fast, professional and conscientious. I can't ask for more than that. more

It's easy to say that I got more than I paid for! Not once did Adrian baulk at the task and made sure that his work truly represented the level of quality that Lewis Carpets represents. Unlike some companies Lewis invested in new gear for all his trucks and boy did it make a difference! more

I am a repaet customer with Lewis Carpet Cleaners. I have used them for about 4 years now. They do a really good job. We had two guys show up this last time and they were great. They come once a year after the holidays, once all of our company has left. more

Great Company 2/17/2012

Lewis Carpet Cleaners and Floor Care cleaned my carpets in November.Member Comments: I like the extraction method and I need them to put the furniture on blocks so they can clean under it. He did it efficiently and correctly, just the way I like it. I was very happy with them. I talked to the man on the phone and he gave me a price. He sent somebody out and the price was a little different. I told him that that wasnt what I talked to his boss about. We agreed upon the price that he quoted to me in the first place. He was going to charge me mileage but thats not what we agreed upon. The price was fair. more

Great service! 2/1/2012

I used Lewis to have my carpets cleaned. Scheduling with them was very easy and they were very available. When the cleaners came they were very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The service only took about an hour and I was very pleased witht the final result. I would definitely recommend Lewis to others and I would use their service again in the future. Thanks! more

When the water comes pouring in from the attic: CALL LEWIS CARPET CLEANERS 12/9/2011

Besides using Lewis Carpet Cleaners for a number of years to clean the carpets and furniture, two days ago we had the fire sprinkler system blow out. Lewis Carpet Cleaners showed up quickly fully equipped and by putting in some long hours by today our carpet is dry and back in place, the floors are dry, under the stairs it's dry; it almost looks like it didn't happen. Special thanks to Rick, and especially Frederico and Adriano. So when in need call Lewis Carpet Cleaners! Now if only the ceiling were going to be so easy. more

my rugs look great 10/13/2011

I was debating if I needed to buy new bedroom carpets but decided to try professional cleaning before I made a big investment. The rugs came out great. They are no longer dingy or stained. The cleaner was polite. He was very aware of not tracking any dirt inside my house and picked up after himself. more

I'm very happy with Lewis Carpet Cleaners. They walk on water. I'm actually thanking my old carpet cleaner for being rude to my clients, because it gave me a reason to take the advice of a friend and try Lewis. I don't know how I went all these years without them. I worked with my previous carpet cleaner for fifteen years. I had stains that they did three times and couldn't get out. After using Lewis just once I couldn't even tell where the stains had been. I was ready to get new carpet, but Lewis has saved me from that for another few years. I'm just so happy. I've only been with Lewis for about a month now, but I'm already getting great feedback from my clients. I love that I can refer my clients to them, and then it makes me look good. It does cost a little bit more, but it's definitely worth it. It will save you lots of money in the long run. I couldn't be more thrilled. Donna Marie Baldwin more

Rick Lewis from Lewis Carpet Cleaners was very personable. The quote he gave was very reasonable it wasn't too low and wasn't too high. The people he sent here were very nice and professional. They wanted to see that everything was clean. I've already had them back because I keep adding on jobs! It couldn't have been a better experience! When I called Lewis Carpet Cleaners they were really excellent to make an appointment with. It was fast, then they called back to confirm, and the website had a lot of instructions on how to prepare for them. When they came, they just did a really good job. They even did the edges, which no on has ever done before. I thought it would be permanently dirty where the carpet met the wall, and they cleaned it manually. No one ever does that! Lewis Carpet Cleaners just did a really good job on the carpet. It looks great! It also dried pretty fast, considering that it was cleaned with steam. They did a better job than anybody I ever had. They followed up too, with at least one call, hoping everything was okay. That level of communication and stuff like that is what I call professionalism. more

My tile looks like the first day it was installed! 5/18/2011

I had my tile grout cleaned by Lewis Cleaners and it looks like the day it was installed! What a difference - I only wish I hadn't waited so long to have it done. Professional, reasonably priced, and extreme results! What more could you ask for! more
