I met with Rick Lewis at the building where we had the service done. He explained clearly what types of things he could do in terms of carpets, floors, and getting the tile work restored. We ended up doing a multi-tonged approach that included stripping of lobby floor of wax and re-sealing, and the full six floors of carpet cleaning and scotch guarding. It was a full on do everything job. Everything turned out amazing. It doesn't even look like the same property. I'm thrilled with the work, it looks brand new. On top of that it was all priced very well.
