He took $10,000 as a deposit for a house I was going to build with him. Hummm....No house and no money. Beware. Called the DA and they don't want to prosecute because it's not worth their time, and my attorney says can't get blood from a stone. Thanks Dan Lettro! more

Excellent quality great people to work with 10/26/2012

I live in The KIngs castle in the housing track that Jim (smith) Schliker lives in also. My house is made of high quality materials. Jim is just upset because he was cheap before his wife passed away. Now he wants to complain and spend money to do things the right way because he can spend the money on himself. He is just being selfish and inconsiderate and maybe a little jealous. If anyone wants to see a fine Lettro Home come to the kings castle. Cadillac Zach! more

Lettro Builders. Great Value and Quality 10/24/2012

I am a the proud owner of a Lettro Built home and am very pleased with the quality of materials and construction. I was also extreemly happy with Dan Lettro and the time he took with us and knowledge he shared while we were going thru the building process. Overall a GREAT experience! Also I am confused by Lim S.'s comments as he posted negative reviews, then retracted them saying they were not true and now has reposted negative reviews. The guy sounds not credible. more

Very disappointed 9/6/2012

I am very disappointed with the quality of the house Lettro built for me. Too many things needed fixing. I wish I had chosed a more competent builder. more
