Let's Party Rental

These people are the absolute worst in the area. The owner is a complete jerk. My fiancé called to make the last payment a month before our wedding and the owner told her that no payments had been posted. She responded as anyone would (although she didn't even yell or use foul language) and the owner refused to accept her payment and told us they will not rent to us...after we had already paid them!! My sister also rented from them and had a similar problem (as another reviewer) with the dance floor being completely unusable. Throughout the entire process, the owner and all the staff were rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional.\r \r I just got off the phone with them, as they refuse to talk to my fiancé now, and the owner said she's posted a refund to our debit card but the transaction hasn't showed up and this is day 3. When asked how long it usually takes she responded: ""I don't know, I'm not a credit person."" in a very rude, cold tone. I'm afraid I'm going to have to report them to the BBB and get in touch with an attorney in order to get out money back.\r \r The whole experience has been utterly terrible. We were initially quoted a price for tent + table + chairs + dance floor. They itemized the costs. When we removed the table and chairs, the price did not lower accordingly. The difference was a few hundred dollars higher than it should have been. It appears as if they set the cost at whatever they feel like at the time.\r \r If you want your wedding and/or party to be a disaster, these are your guys. Otherwise, save your bride the stress and look elsewhere.\r \r Update 6-7-11: They short-changed us on the refund. BBB complaint was registered in hopes of receiving the rest of the refund. more

I rented chairs, linens, and candles that caused ""WOW"" to come out of people's mouth when they came in the room. It was spectacular. more

I was knocked off my feet when I walked into my reception last week. Let's Party Rental really outdid themselves. =) more

I had the same experience as others have wrote. I was treated horribly by these people. Even the owner came and was rude and said we were stuck with what they brought, even though it was the wrong tent, with lopsided sides. We reserved the tent months in advance and expected to get what we ordered, not the wrong tent, sides, tables, table clothes. And to top it off they gave us attitude when they were clearly at fault. more

I rented through them for my son's wedding. The tent, arbor, tables, chairs, etc were exactly what we were looking for to make it a very special day. The guys who delivered it all and picked it up were such a pleasure to work with! more

I want to thank Shelly for setting up everything for our wedding reception. Everything turned out so beautifully and she was wonderful to work with, especially with all of the last minute changes we had. She really eased my mind knowing she would take care of everything. The final results was amazing and I am soo thankful! more

I rented a tent from Let's Party in August for my wedding. I was pretty clueless to what size I needed. When I walked into the shop, the owner Shelly was there to help me figure everything out. We decided on the 40x100. When the guys came to set it up, everything went very smoothly. Aside from the tent I had order their tables, plastic chairs, white chair covers, purple sashes, purple overlays, and the candy bar was such a hit! We had quite a few children there and needless to say it kept them occupied. Everyone had such a good time at the wedding and I got so many compliments. However, I owe everything to Let's Party. The next day they came to take everything down. It was the same guys that set it up and they asked me how everything went and were pleased to know it went well. I would use them again for all my future events. The prices were the best in not only the town, but the whole area. The quality was exceptional. I wish them the best of luck through the rest of the year! more

I recently got married and used Let's Party for my linens, chair covers, and center pieces. The owner, Shelly, helped me every step of the way. The day before the wedding they set up everything and left me worry free. The reception was beautiful and I couldn't of been happier with the service. I would highly recommend you. Many of my guests questioned where I rented everything. I loved the organza sashes and black wooden chairs, and the iron trees. The tent and set-up inside the tent was very classy looking. Your set-up guys were polite, hard-working and a pleasure to work with. Thank you. You internet site was key in my finding you. more

Was suppose to be delivered and set up two days before the wedding! Showed up late, not enough help, quit before it was done and no dance floor set up, the sides not all up! One heater with missing parts, should have been two! The lights did not work!!\r Day Before the wedding and day of rehersal! The tent was falling down! The wind was picking up and no-one was showing up to complete the tent and finish it, and the dance floor was not done, still missing heaters! \r Mother of the Groom called! Owner said none of her help showed up for work on a Friday morning! \r Groom pulled together friends and family to put stakes in the ground and put the tent up! They worked long and hard all day to stablize the tent from falling! One cousin to the groom ended up in Bromenn hospital, nine staples to his head from getting hit with a stake when trying to work on the tent to keep it from falling! \r NO second heater, when they finally brought one it was a small tiny one rented from someplace and not what we paid for and still the first heater was not complete to work! The father and mother of the groom bought two heaters from the fifth place she called to find them and paid family to pick them up while rehersal was being done. Still needed to decorate tables and set up tent and tent was not yet complete! One guy named Mike came to help and then had to leave to go back and get more parts! Many, many calls to owner! This was very stressful for the Bride and Groom and Parents of both! I myself yelled alot into that phone when talking to the owner and she lax any compassion for what is to be her job to take care of making sure all this is done and done right! Paid up front in full, all the money!! May this be a lesson to all of us! Never pay in full til Job is complete!!!! Now we are going to fight to get money back!! This was an experience that word of mouth will never let her forget how completely badly she runs her business!! Pros: It was up by the time of wedding but not without screaming! I am very unhappy with let's party rental center, the customer service was awful. I did not get the tent I had ordered, or the tables I ordered. The tent had holes in it, so the guest at my daughters wedding reception got wet. The sides to the tent were not the correct sides, they were 2-3 feet off the ground. It looked very bad. The owner said she would come back and fix the sides before our party started, but she did not show up. Mike, he put the tent up, was also very rude. I will never do business with them again, it was an awful experience. Cons: Did not get what I had ordered. more

They brought us a tent that leaked, had sides that were too short and almost fell down! When we complained to the owner she said too bad and that we would have to deal with what we got.
