Les Schwab Tire Ctr

I was driving along the highway when the alternator in my Mini Cooper started going out.\r I was able to pull into the Les Schwab in Sherwood just before closing time. They checked my car out to make sure it wasn't the battery. Bobby made several calls to find someone in the area who could work on my car. Everybody was closed so he left messages, reconnected the following morning and hooked us up. On top of this he called the closest AAA and hooked us up with them. They not only kept my car safe in the garage for me overnight but recharged my Samsung I left sitting on the counter so it would be ready for me when I showed back up.\r Come on! How do you get better than that? AND all businesses should have somebody like Bobby. more

Not the best service that I have had from a les schwab. I had to walk over there about a half mile during the snow flury we had because I couldn't get my car out the drive way. I get there, the lady gets my chains that I pay $89 for even though the outside of the bag is all beat up and I asked her if she was sure it was new and she said yes of course. I walked back home but the chains were rusty and there were no instructions. I called them and was upset, used some swear words and the guy on the phone said if I could get there before they close they would exchange them. They didnt offer to come drop them off. I had to walk back again and the lady just said sorry she should have checked in the bag even though I questioned the bag the first time I had to walk there. Still no offer to even drop me off. I guess it's Beaverton les schwab for me from now on. It wouldn't tick me off so much if I didn't have rhuematoid arthritis and it takes alot of energy out of me. more

AVOID THIS PLACE... Blatant PRICE Gouging. Brought my car in for a bearing replacement. They said they couldn't locate it the part. I called the local NAPA said it was in stock locally for $78. I called les schwab back and they said they would get it through Napa then.. When I got my bill they charged me $130 for that part (BR930707) Google it and you can find it for $60 at a lot of places on line. Asked for a refund for the $50 difference they said no. Shop Rate is $90 an hour for labor. If you Google price gouging and Les Schwab their are many others.. more

I am comfortable taking my new car there. I just had a brake job and they were honest, professional and did an excellent job. They never charged me more than quoted. They noticed cords showing on one of my tires (I planned on getting new ones at the end of the year) in the meantime they put on a loner tire of theirs until I come back and replace them all. I decided to let them find me tires but only at a great deal, and they did. Tires arent cheap, but I am happy with what I got! Thanks guys! more

Had all 4 tires replaced on Honda Odyssey. They prorated 2 tires since they still had life in them. Price was high, but tires are expensive anywhere. PROS: prorated old tires CONS: price more

I brought my van here no appointment or anything for new brakes and they got me in and out in no time! I was very happy with there service! I can tell you they are a bit spendy! more

I refuse to ever go here again. I brought my truck in here for the first time at this location to have a rotation and balance. When I left the place and got home I realized that they had put a nice dent into my 2 month old rims that cost me a fortune they had lost control of the gun and hit the rim. When I went back they refused to replace the rim with a new one. They told me they could buff it out 2 hours later they had only buffed it out half way and they told me to come back and that it would take another 2 hours. more
