I got gypped real bad at Corvallis Les Schwab, then found that corporate headquarters has an unlisted or secret address, so I can't write an appeal. They don't want appeals. They don't want to hear about the cheating that goes on. I bought 2 trailer tires, and I always buy the best tires available. The belts separated in less than 2,000 miles, carrying a light load. The new manager was a gruff little guy, and Les Schwab refused to honor their warranty because they "discontinued carrying that tire." Did they discontinue that tire because they were defective? They were not particular busy, but I had to wait 3 hours for them to mount new tires, then surprise, the nasty manager wanted an additional $169. I was stuck. How can I move my trailer without wheels? I wrote a letter of complaint to Les Schwab corporate, picked off the web, but the post office says that address does not exist and returned my letter. Searching the web, I cannot find any way to contact Les Schwab corporat
