DO NOT USE!!! Stylist RUINED my hair color (I wanted red, they gave me a burgundy glaze). When I complained, their offer was to do highlights which I didn't want! \r When I went back the next day to talk to the owner (after a night of stress and tears), he told me when I came in that he ""knew all about it"" and that he would just give me my $ back so I would ""go away"". NEVER got an apology or explanation as to why the stylist didn't do what I wanted. \r PS: Stylist was also RUDE, didn't check on the coloring process, and made SEVERAL rude remarks about my job and its location during the coloring.\r DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!! more

Wasn't too impressed, I waited 30mins past my appointment. The customer service was less than average,The stylist rushed through my haircut, she never even put a fowl around me when washing my hair and the water ran all down my neck and back. Won't be going back, wasn't satisfied with the service or the cut. more

I LOVED my experience at Les Cheveux Salon! Irene is the absolute BEST hair stylist I have been to in years. She listened to my ideas, gave her advise, and then with precision transformed my look by creating the perfect color combination and style for me. \r \r Les Cheveux has superior customer service. Due to bad weather I was late for my appointment, and because of the embarrassment, thought about no going at all. But I kept thinking about the stylist who had set aside the time for me, and so I went in ready to face the consequences. However, everyone was so understanding. And when I turned to face the stylist, Irene, she was there with a smile. \r \r This was my first visit to Les Cheveux and was quite surprised with all they have to offer. Besides the obvious, such as Spa treatments, nails, makeup, and yes, even a man cave area for the guys, they also sell Philosophy, Smash Box, and many other high-end products. \r \r It was a real treat to visit, and to now consider myself a customer, of Les Cheveux! more

I don't understand these comments about bad customer service-I've always had excellent customer service and never had to wait more than a minute. The girls at the front desk are always really sweet (and have great makeup, btw) and Nicole the massage therapist is also really good. Also I love the new spa and the huge new makeup selection. more

Not good! 3/17/2011

I went a few times to their day spa to have their aesthetician do micro dermabrasion on my face. If anything, my face was worse than before I began. Also, their new male aesthetician (creepy!!!) made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't care how ""nice"" everyone makes him out to be, he is totally unprofessional when it comes to his job! more

I went a few times to their day spa to have their aesthetician do micro dermabrasion on my face. If anything, my face was worse than before I began. Also, their new male aesthetician (creepy!!!) made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't care how "nice" everyone makes him out to be, he is totally unprofessional when it comes to his job! more

Leslie accomplished a great up-do in about 40 minutes on a last minute request. She was great! Holly's facials are wonderful - she takes the time to examine my skin at the beginning of each appointment. While the mani/pedi area is high traffic and noisy sometimes, my treatments have been high quality by multiple nail techs. Their specials are great offers and change monthly. The front desk staff isn't always on the ball, but they are getting better. more

Another Great Relaxing Massage 8/31/2010

I returned to the spa last week for yet another terrific massage. This time I splurged and booked two full hours - a 90 minute Swedish massage followed by 20-30 minutes of Reflexology (a nice treat for the feet!) Again, a great experience! more

I made a wise choice when I decided on Les Cheveux for an evening of pampering after a long day of work recently. I came in for a 90 minute hot stone massage with reflexology added on followed by a Sanitas custom facial, and both were superb and exceeded my expectations. In fact, I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep during my facial! In regards to the previous review of this establishment, I'd like to point out that the business is actually split into two areas within the complex which are not physically connected to each other. While it's true that the hair and nails portion of the salon is a bit noisy and hectic, the spa portion has a completely different environment. Thus, if what you're looking for extends beyond getting a new hairdo or a mani/pedi and you don't mind putting up with the snotty little girls at the front counter for five minutes when you first check in, then Les Cheveux is the place for you! more

The nail tech Roxanne scolded the front desk for giving her a "new" client. She rushed me thru the service to get to her preferred people, and did a horrible job. Talked to everyone else in the room during my service except me. And the place just smelled bad.... more

i had a horrible experience too. went there to get my hair cut for my sister's wedding and they ruined it. i couldn't get it fixed b4 the wedding. my nails were really bad too. what a waste. Cons: horrible service, bad results more

not going back 7/2/2010

they really do have bad customer service. stylist was overbooked. i waited an hour past my appointment time. cut was ok, but was rushed. nail people were gossip whores. I won't be going back Cons: bad service, catty employees, talked bad about other clients more
