This business posted on their facebook page a special on a product I was interested in. When I arrived to purchase it, a rude lady, who stated she was the manager knew nothing of the special. I showed it to her on the facebook page and she asked if I had ever purchased from them before and was told since I did I was not entitled to anymore discounts. I finally got my product for the 15% off but was told I could not get anymore. When I commented back on their facebook page about this and to let their people know when they have a sale, they removed me and restricted me from commenting on any of their posts. Very childish and immature business being run. more

A really nice place. Seems the staff is really on top of things. Called for a color and cut, got a girl Brandy, and was really impressed. She listened and then showed me what to do with a new hair style. Absolutely best cut I have ever had. more

I am so tired of having people cut my hair uneven, that I was overjoyed to go home with a straight haircut a couple months ago. I never noticed any crazy lengths or problems with the cut. It was a layered cut, too. For years, I stuck with all one length because I couldn't find anyone competent enough to cut layers CORRECTLY. Sometimes I wonder what people learn in cosmetology school, because I could tell you about 20 people who somehow missed the how-to-cut-hair section of the program. I did have some issues with my color, but I find it very hard to describe what I want to people. The girl was happy to have me come back in and she totally redid it for me. It still needs some work, but next time I think she knows exactly what I want. I will continue to go there. They are an Aveda concept salon, so they use and sell Aveda stuff! I love it! more
